Standard Orders

We prefer orders to be placed online as it is faster, more accurate and more secure but we do offer alternative options. Just contact Customer Service and you can place your order over the Phone or we can send you the forms for a Fax or Mail In order.

Bulk Orders, PO’s, Quotes & Estimates

You must email us at and put “RFQ” or “Request for Quote” in the subject line along with as much information about what you need (SKUs/style numbers, sizes, quantity, features, specs), valid US billing and shipping address. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to receive and process your request. Documentation is required for any and all tax exempt purchases within the State of California. Credit lines are available for qualified buyers.


  • All Purchase Order sales are considered final! Under this condition, merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE except if the merchandise is defective upon immediate receipt. If this occurs, you must contact our Large Order Specialist within 24 business hours of receipt for further instructions
  • If you return a Purchase Order without notifying our Large Order Specialist prior to return, your package(s) may be refused and additional handling/shipping fees may be incurred

Government Purchases

We accept IMPACT cards. Please call for GSA pricing. We are listed in the DOD CCR system. If you are a procurement officer or need a quote, email us at and put “RFQ” or “Request for Quote” in the subject line and indicate that this is a Government purchase.

Active Military

We do ship via USPS for APO/FPO. Just place your order online and select the correct shipping option. Additional shipping fees do apply for APO/FPO, for more information please see our Shipping Policy.
