Most manufacture's offer a 1 Year Warranty against defects. Policies may vary by manufacturer but if your item appears to be defective upon receipt or becomes defective for any reason within 1 year of receipt, please contact Customer Service Department. We will walk you through the process, request an RA from the manufacturer and send you a free return label once authorized.
Once the manufacturer receives the defective item it may take up to 1-3 weeks for inspection and for your replacement or refund to be processed. The refund amount is for the price of the item less any discount codes or coupons before shipping plus tax. We do not refund shipping costs. It may also take 5-7 days business days for the refund to credit your original payment method or account. Replacements are sent via Ground Shipping (Free), Expedited Shipping options may be available for additional fees.
It is important to send your defective item using our label as soon as possible. Any labels not used within 30 days of receipt may be cancelled or void. Also remember to clearly write the RA Number & “DEFECT” on the box. Failure to properly mark the box could result in delays and additional shipping costs as the manufacturer may reject the package.
Defective items are deemed defective solely at the manufacturer's discretion. In some cases, typically due to excessive use or anything outside of “normal wear and tear”, the manufacturer may deem the products not defective. In the case that they are not deemed defective, the items will be sent back to the buyer and the buyer will be charged $4.95 - $9.95 per item for all non-footwear & $9.95 per pair for footwear. The fees cover help cover the costs of sending the items back to you.
