Return Shipping Service

We know shipping can be expensive so we offer a cheap return shipping service. This service is not required, and is optional. For $11 we can send you a return shipping label that will allow the boots to be returned via UPS. This allows you to track your return, pay less fees, and receive the label via email quickly.

Please email help@workbootsusa.com with the following information

• Name On Order/Order Number
• A good email to send the shipping label too
• Please copy the quotes in your email to receive your label "I understand there is an $11 fee for this return service, and do wish to receive a return shipping label". This sentence is to verify that you understand that it is an optional service, and we do not send you a return shipping label that you do not wish to receive.
• Once we receive the email it typically will be emailed to you around 4pm within 1 business day pacific time M-F
