Traditional duty features like epaulets, a badge tab, waist-length cut, side zippers and front patch pockets make the Specialist an extraordinary duty jacket. The 5.11 Tactical Specialist Jacket features a removable, wind-resistant fleece liner with clean lines. It stays warm when wet, doesn’t absorb water and won’t pill. Nylon panels add durability and a knit collar and cuffs help keep heat in and wind out. Both the shell and the fleece include sleeve pockets. The Specialist Jacket comes with an ANSI II traffic vest (a $40 value) that stows in the rear pocket.
